- Basic fitness is enough for short island hikes

- Parents must supervise at all times (around Komodo dragons)
- Not ideal for toddlers: hikes, safety, strong currents on snorkeling

What is the term of payment for the Komodo one-day trip?
- Deposit payment: you can pay to our bank account or PayPal.
- We are not responsible for any taxes.
- The balance you must pay in cash on arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- All payment refunds for cancellations made 7 days.
- A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
- A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.

Tips for snorkeling on the Komodo one-day trip?
- Bring your own mask & snorkel (better fit & hygiene)
- Snorkel close to the shoreline for colorful coral and reef fish.
- Use water shoes or fins—coral can be sharp
- Be aware of jellyfish: they’re not common and can appear seasonally.
- Never touch or step on coral, manta rays & turtles
- Don’t chase fish—float and let them approach
- Wear a rash guard for sun protection and comfort.
- Enter water together
- Use a life vest (totally normal); the current in Komodo is very strong
- Don’t fight the current—float and signal
Go & Back on snorkeling from the boat
How to stay steady:
- Put fins on in the water, not on the boat.
- Hold the side of the boat & sliding in
- Use the ladder (ask the captain).
- Fix the snorkel on the left side
- Wet your mask with seawater first
Back to the boat safely:
- Remove fins in the water.
- Hand them to the crew.
- Climb slowly using both hands.
- Sit on the edge of the boat.
- Mask and snorkel held firmly on your face
- One hand on mask, one on back of head
- Roll backward into water
- Open the fins in the water
- Get the boat from the stair
- Don’t walk with fins in the boat.
